"That Recfishwest supports that management for the open access "wetline" fishery in WA be implemented as soon as possible and that the management arrangements adopted adhere to the November 1997 catch history benchmark limitation announced by the Minister for Fisheries and to the resource sharing principles developed and adopted as an outcome of the "Toohey Committee" Integrated Fishery Management Process."
