Recfishwest plays a fundamental role in securing Western Australia's fishing future.
Recfishwest needs the support of everyone involved in recreational fishing in order to uphold the quality of recreational fishing opportunities for all Western Australians, now and in the future.
As an organisation we have spent the past 14 years developing the resources, knowledge and professional contacts necessary to communicate with key stakeholders and negotiate the best possible outcome for you.
If you're wondering what you as an individual can do to improve recreational fishing in Western Australia, the answer is; become a Recfishwest member.
Affiliate membership is free, or for just a small amountyou can become a full member and be part of a community that helps to ensure the peak recreational fishing body can continue to represent your views.
Full members get the opportunity to vote for people to represent them on the Recfishwest Board; they recieve regular media releases and bulletins about activities affecting recreational fishing and get the opportunity to express their opinions on these topics. Members can even choose to take on a more active role by nominating to become a Recfishwest Board member.
Affiliate members receive regular correspondence from Recfishwest, keeping them up to date with what's going on in the world of recreational fishing, but can't vote for the board.
